In our efforts to continue improving our clients’ experience with Willy’s, we are launching a new online ordering system that will help us better ensure that each and every order meets or exceeds your expectations. Like with the launch of any new system, we hope that things go perfectly but also understand that there may be some kinks to iron out. In light of that, we would ask that you call the location from which you are ordering in the following cases:
- You don’t get an order confirmation email. Emails will always come within two minutes of the order being accepted. Please check your spam folder first and if it is in the spam folder, mark the incoming email as “NOT SPAM” to ensure that future emails go directly to your inbox.
- You cannot customize your order to meet your exact specifications. If you can’t make your order look exactly like what you want, give us a call to place your order and let us know what functionality was missing.
- Your order has not been delivered at the time you were promised. Please check your confirmation email since you will be given a confirmed delivery time in the email. If you haven’t received the order within ten minutes of the promised time, please call us so that we can confirm the order status.
- You receive an order that doesn’t match what is displayed on your confirmation email. Give us a call if there is a mixup and we will make it right!
Thanks for helping us through this process. We want to make sure that you have as positive an experience with your online ordering as you do when you call and speak with us directly. If we notice that something isn’t working as well as it should, you may notice that we temporarily switch back to the old platform to ensure that your service goes uninterrupted.
If you have any feedback or recommendations on the system, please email us at onlineorders@willyspizza.ca and we will continue to build to the best possible ordering experience!
